Your Business requires to maintain Service Category in different Languages for Example: English, Spanish, French
You will need to translate every Category into a desired Language, the system will not translate the categories automatically. This would result in a blank Service Category in a Ticket for example in case you are in logging in a Language that does not translated.
You can translate every Service Category before publishing, but in case you have one published already, you can create one version using the same Structure published, just select the line and click New> Version in Background.
