2404843 - PP3: "My Benefits" tab is missing

Symptom

"My Benefits" is configured in a PP3 instance and Home Page v3. RBP for My Benefits via Employee Views was already granted. However, "My Benefits" tab is not displayed in My Employee File.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors, Benefitfocus

Reproducing the Issue

1. Configure Benefitfocus (Reference Handbook: http://help.sap.com/hr_ecintegration)

2. Grant RBP from Admin Center > Manage Permission Role > Employee Views > My Benefits.

3. View My Employee Files > My Benefits tab or link is not available.

Cause

For People Profile 3 (PP3), this is an expected behavior. There is no separate tab in My Employee Files for My Benefits.

Resolution

My Benefits link can be accessed from user's quickcard. It can be via User/Action search or by clicking the name from Org Chart.

Another option is to create a quick link for My Benefits having the same URL on what has been configured from Provisioning.
