Ratings in custom youcalc tile doesn't show in sorted way as how it is configured in Rating Scale.

For Example:

Rating Scale Configured (5 scale rating scale, the alphabet represtents the first letter of Rating Name)

1) A

2) C

3) B

4) F

5) E

Standard Tile will show it in Order A,C,B,F,E (by internalID)

Custom Tile will Show it as A, B,C,D,E (alphabetical Order)

Rating Scale

• Create a custom tile on performance management domain.
• select employee Id on X-axis and Rating on Y-axis
• Notice that the sorting over custom tile is on alphabetical Order.

The youcalc Tile builder works on the live data and not internal ID's and hence it sorts out the value in alphabetical Order.

Please be aware that this is an expected behaviour and is working as per design.
