Comment box not needed while routing PM form
In order to remove the comment text box when routing the Form through the workflow, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Admin Tools;
2. Click on "Company Settings" then "Email Template Notification settings";
3. Go to "Document Routing Notification";
4. You must ensure to check if there are settings which have activated;
ex. Specify Different Template for Each Form;
a. Click on "Switch To" after selecting the template in question;
b. Remove the token [[DOC_COMMENT]] and save the changes;
5. Click on “Save Notification Settings” on the very bottom of the page.
Note:The Token [[DOC_COMMENT]] must be removed from the English_US language even if it is not enable in the instance.Otherwise,the comment box will still appear
-Enable the US language from the provisioning,remove the Token [[DOC_COMMENT]] from email template and then disable the US_Language again.
