The Inactive Contracts have disappeared under the Utilities Work Center
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Utilities work center.
- Click on the local customer search.
- Open the Contract XYZ.
- Go to Utilities Tab.
- Inacivate Contracts are missing
This is the current System Behavior,The UI will only display Contracts that were inactivated within the range of 12 months back
This is the current System Behavior,Unfortunatley the system will only show the Contracts in the range described above.
