- The LMS_ADMIN configuration to enable Item Recommendations has been enabled (enableitemRecommendations=true)
- Only Recommended Items is displayed, but not Recommended Programs in the Related section of Assignment Profiles

Reproducing the Issue
- Logon to LMS Admin
- Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN > set enableitemrecommendations=true
- Navigate to Users > Assignment Profile > Search and Open any assignment Profile > You will only see "Recommended Items" under related
This is because there are missing workflows in the Role assigned to the Admin who is logged into LMS Admin
- Navigate to System Admin > Security > Role Management
- Search for the Role assigned to you or Admins who should get access to "Recommended Programs"
- Select Workflows and click "Add one or more from the list"
- Add the following workflows:
- User Management
- "View Assignment Profile Recommended Programs"
- "Edit Assignment Profile Recommended Programs"
- "Search Program"
- The green plus symbol (+) will not appear in the Recommended Programs related list if this workflow is not provided
