Your activity has been completed. You would like to move the activity from completed to a previous step.
Currently the SuccessFactors application does not currently have the functionality to move completed activities back to previous steps in the process.
If you feel the application should include this fucntionality please create enhancement on the community portal to request this functionality be built into UI.
Cloud Product Support does not provide back end admin services to move activities for customers via incidents as this is not a supported feature of the product.
