When RCM to EC Integration is not configured, an error is shown in Manage Pending Hires screen
Error messsage: "RCM to EC integration is not configured correctly (missing transformation template). Please contact your system admin"

Reproducing the Issue
When customer is not using RCM to EC integration, then go to Admin Tools --> Manage Pending Hires > select Recruiting from dropdowm, the system throws an error as below:
1. You may have enabled RCM in your instance and hence Recruiting shows in the dropdown of Manage Pending Recruits along with Onboarding.
2. You aren't using RCM - EC integration, hence when you select the RCM in the dropdown, the system searches for RCM-EC integration technicalities and throws error.
If you are using RCM-ONB-EC then ONB dropdown should work as it is integrated.
This is not an issue as you are technically asking system to fetch candidates from RCM to EC when RCM dropdown is selected and due to absence of integration, an error is thrown.
Please use ONB as ONB to EC would be the flow in your instance.
This is not an issue and hence a solution is not relevant, however below workaround could be used to avoid the error displayed on screen,
You can upload a dummy transformation template attached in this KBA to mitigate the error, but it may again show as 0 candidates or similar messages>
Steps to upload: Provisioning --> Company settings --> Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template.
Customers need to contact Support as you do not have Provisioning access.
