Symptom
When generating reports, Time to Fill column returns blank data.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
- Time to fill calculation job (jobReqCalculateTime) is not being triggered.
- "Start Date" and/or "End Date" selected for calculation is inapplicable to the job requisition.
Resolution
To trigger the job, kindly do following the steps.
- Go to Admin Tools > Manage Recruiting Settings
- Find "Time to Fill" under job requisition section
- Change the value of "Start date" or "End date" then click on save
- Go back again on "Time to Fill" and rever back the change you made to its previous value and click on save again.
Once done, this should activate the job.
Note:
It is an expected behavior that the system returns blank data for job requisitions which do not suit the "Start Date" and/or the "End Date" selected. For example, some job requisitions are internally posted while the "Start Date" is set to "External Posting Start Date".
Here are the date options that may not be applicable to all job requisitions.
External Posting Start Date | The job requisition's posting date |
External Posting End Date | The job requisition's posting date |
Internal Posting Date | The job requisition's posting date |
Internal Posting End Date | The job requisition's posting date |
Latest Hold Removal Date |
The job was placed in an “on hold” status. This looks for the date the job requisition was moved to a non “On Hold” status. |
