You are not able to set Visits with status Cancelled to In Process.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to the Visits work center and the Visits view.
2. Open the Visit XYZ with Status Cancelled (XYZ represents the Visit ID).
3. Press the Actions button
4. Set as In Process option is greyed out.
The cancelation logic cannot be reversed in the system once executed; hence, we ensure that we ask users whether they truly want to cancel Visits before they do, as the cancellation status is not reversible.
Once this Visit is cancelled, a new Visit will have to be created for the Account.
This is expected system behavior.
