2395508 - IP addresses to be whitelisted when customer's own sftp is used with Integration Center


A non-successfactors/Private SFTP is used in your integrations with Integration Center.

List of Datacenters being used by Integration Center.



Reproducing the Issue



You have IP restrictions enabled at your SFTP.


Whitelist the IP address corresponding to the data center at which the successfactors instance is located.

The list above was updated in 2019.

Please notice that in the Integration center handbook session 14.2 (Scenario 2: Cannot Reach Destination Server for REST and SOAP Integrations), you can see in the error logs the IP addresses that is still missing in your whitelist in case of failures.
