2395392 - Missing Goal Section After Adding Goals in the Performance Form

The form was launched and user is trying to add a goal in the Goal Section or Development Section of the form. After the goals are saved, the form loads back however the Goals or Development sections are not displayed anymore. Form looks cutoff and the rest of the sections do not display.

You have recently enabled the Continuous Performance Management feature in your instance.

1. Launch a new form or open a form where goals are not added yet.
2. Add a goal in the form or add the goal via the Goals tab (Goals must be synced with the form).
3. Save the goal and notice that the form does not display the goals or development section and the rest of the sections.

This is due to the corrupted permission settings for the CPM feature in Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Permissions... > Continuous Performance Management. The permissions are empty and it says "There are no secured objects in this category".

The root cause is that the MDF object definition for the Achievements is not present in the DB after enabling the CPM feature. When checking the user's permission for the Achievements data which are associated with the objectives, error happened in RBP and hence the form loading is interrupted.

Please try to disable and re-enable the CPM feature. Then do a metadata refresh via Admin Center > Odata API Metadata Refresh and Export.

In case the CPM permissions are still not available after metadata refresh, please contact Support and ask to schedule a job in Provisioning to sync the MDF object definition to the DB to correct the Achievements permission.

Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs > Create New Job > Select "MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC"
