You are trying to update the Mobile Phone field from a Corporate Account, but the change is not reflecting in the Account view.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center
- Click Export Customers Link
- Search for a corporate account ID and click Go
- Select tab Addresses
- Click Export Data to CSV file and edit it by adding a mobile phone number
- Click Import Customers Link
- Select the CSV file
- Select Addreses in Import Data to Tab
- Click Upload
- Check field mappings and click Finish Upload
- After validation click Execute Data Import and then click Immediately
- Search for the corporate account on Customers work center
- See no changes displayed on Mobile Phone field
Same result applies if you are using migration tool for Migration of Customers in Modify Already Existing Records mode.
This is the standard system behavior.
In order to mass update Mobile Phone field for corporate accounts you can use Update funcion from Data Workbench work center.
