2394885 - How to Add Users to Career Site Builder Roles

Symptom

Once you have configured the roles for Career Site Builder, you can assign these roles to CSB Admin Users. Users are designated as Admin Users during the Recruiter SSO import.

Resolution

Procedure

1. Navigate to SuccessFactors HCM  >Admin Center > Manage Career Site Builder  >Roles > Admin Users.

2. Select the users you would like to assign roles to. You can sort the columns of users, or filter for specific values.

3. Click the pencil icon to assign the user a role, then select the desired role from the Role dropdown.

4. You can also grant users full Career Site Builder permissions using either Career Site Builder Admin or Command Center.

◦To grant CSB Admin permissions using Career Site Builder Admin, navigate to Roles > Admin Users and select the desired user. Then activate the Is CSB Admin slider.
