You are not able to delete an expense report due to below error message:

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Travel and Expenses work center.
- Select the Expense Reports view.
- Highlight an expense report and click Delete button.

For all expense reports which have the status In Preparation, In Audit or In Approval, the Delete button is active and the Cancel button is inactive. For all expense reports which have the status released, the Delete button is inactive and the Cancel button is active.
For some expense reports with status In Preparation, In Audit or In Approval, you may also encounter this error message when clicking the Delete button. This is due to the fact these expense reports were posted in the past (once with status Released) so they cannot be deleted any more. In order to cancel them, you have to ask the manager to approve the expense report and ask the auditor to accept it if auditing is enabled in the system. Then the expense report status becomes Released. For the Released report, the Cancel button is enabled.
