Administrators may encounter issues while uploading files to their SFTP location (for Connector files for instance).
One of the errors that can be seen is "failed to upload XXXXX due to a hung Ajax request. Using a different browser should resolve the problem" (where XXXXX is the name of the file being uploaded).
Reproducing the Issue
- login to the web interface of the SuccessFactors SFTP location assigned for your instance via a browser
- slect a file and upload it
- you may receive the error
This error usually results from a browser issue.
In the instances when this issue was reported to Support, it was temporary and always resolved without any action from Support.
Trying another browser or updating the browser used y the Administrator coudl help reoslving the issue.
