When attempting to upgrade the new feature 'Payment Information' within the Upgrade Center, we receive an error:
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud
- Employee Central
- Payment Information
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Admin Center > Upgrade Center
- Locate the recommended upgrade for Payment Information
- Choose to Upgrade
- As shown in the job response file created after the failure, the issue is due to a setting in provisioning being disabled.
- Please create a ticket with support and request the following feature enabled in Provisioning: "Enable this feature to enable upgrade center feature for migration of payment information (Direct Deposit)"
- Once this feature is enabled within Provisioning, the upgrade for Payment Information within the Upgrade Center will run successfully
