Customer is asking if there is a documentation available that explains the expected behavior when an item is inactivated?
Need to know if the system will automatically cascade the inactivation so that it would be removed from associated curricula and assignment profiles as well as be removed from users' to do lists.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create an Item and associate to curricula and assignment profile.
- Assign an item to a user.
- Inactivate the item.
- Go to the user's learning plan, check if it will removed from associated curricula and assignment profile.
When an item is inactivated, it will automatically remove the item on users to do list/learning plan but will not automatically be removed from associated curricula and assignment profile.
You will need to manually remove the item from associated curricula and assignment profile, anyways inactivated item will not be assigned and show anymore to users learning plan. Note, however, that it will still show as assigned in the Admin view for the Users.
Additionally, the completion for these Items will remain in the Users' Learning History.
