2388969 - Error "invalid, with the index 0" when creating Requisition from Position Org Chart - EC

• When trying to create a requisition from an existing position an error pops up in the screen:"FIELD invalid, with the index 0"
• Examples of Errors:
• location invalid, with the index 0
• jobCode invalid, with the index 0
• payGrade invalid, with the index 0

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Position Organization Chart
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
• Job Requisition

1. Go to Home
2. Click Company Info
3. On Company Info you click 'Position Org Chart'
4. Drop down list you select an existing position
5. On a position they is three stripes click in it and select 'Create a Requisition'
6. Pop up window and you select an active Job Requisition Template
7. Click create
8. When mapping is from position to invalid payGrade value:

9.  When mapping is from position to invalid location value:

• The error which 'User' received while creating requisition from Position Org Chart signifies that: the value you map from position to the field which is mentioned in the error is not valid.
• For example, payGrade/location/jobCode field value is invalid.

• Please try to create a requisition for this template manually, so that you can check which values are allowed for the field which is causing error as described in the error message which you received.
• Exactly those values need to be mapped from position.
