2388098 - Unable to edit a scheduled program

It is not possible to edit a scheduled program agenda that has its dates in the past. Once the end date hits, no edit could be done on the given scheduled program agenda.

1. Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Programs > Search and access the desired scheduled program that has its end date in the past > Open the program >
2. In the "Agenda" section, the click the edit icon >
   
   
   
   
3. Click the arrow in each section > Click the item description > It will not be possible to see the delete or edit options.
   
   

It is not possible to edit past scheduled programs. It is the intended system design.

To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release
