Benefit and Entitlement amount fields are blank when approver views the pending request of Claim.
As per the current design, the Entitlement Amount is not stored as a part of the Claim instance (which is shown in the Workflow screen). At the Claim screen, we display the Entitlement but clear it before the Claim instance is saved. The reason is if there are multiple Claim records of a Benefit by an employee, and any of them needs to be edited manually by the Admin, then all other Claim instances of the employee would also need to be updated with the right Entitlement Amount (as relevant at that point in time). Hence, we just show the Entitlement during Claim from the Accumulation object, but do not store it as part of the Claim.
