A user was rehired in Employee Central. The user is now active in EC and in Employee Export file (UDF) as well. However, the user is Inactive in Learning (LMS) and in Extended User export file.
Somehow the employee status sync did not flow from UDF file to LMS.
Admin should make some trivial change in Job Information portlet as of current date record of the impacted user from Manager Self Service (MSS) page (Take Action) to trigger HRIS Sync manually. For example, a dot (.) can be added to the Note filed. This should resolve the issue.
