Resolution

There is no option to add Learning Types.

To remove Learning Types, they can be disabled by the following:

  1. On the Learning Administration, navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LIBRARY;
  2. After Editing the LIBRARY property file, search for ‘catalogSearchCategories’;
  3. These categories are available to be set to true or false:
    • catalogSearchCategories[Curricula]=true
    • catalogSearchCategories[External]=true
    • catalogSearchCategories[OnlineCourses]=true
    • catalogSearchCategories[OtherLearning]=true
    • catalogSearchCategories[Program]=true
    • catalogSearchCategories[QuickGuide]=true
    • catalogSearchCategories[Collection]=true
  4. Change any of these lines to false to disable it. Sample: catalogSearchCategories[External]=false
  5. Click on Apply Changes button to save these changes.
