The Status which are marked as Invisible in Business Configuration are still shown under Advanced Search.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- Select the Advance Search option.
- Select the Status field.
- It show all status though you have not marked some of the status as visible in the Business Configuration activity TICKETS FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT -> MAINTAIN STATUS SCHEMAS.
The availablity of all the status in the Advanced Search is the expected behavior.
There are chances that you have currently set few status as invisible but you might have tickets in system which were set in status which are not visible now.
Hence, you must be able to search for all possible status available in the system.
This is the expected behavior of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.
