Previous inactive items are still reflecting in admin view of user profile, even though they are not reflecting in user learning Plan.

Reproducing the Issue
1) create an item and assign the item to user.
2) Now revise the item and ensure that below option are checked while revising an item.
3) Now search for the user from admin and check on assigned item section and you will able to see both active and inactive revision.
To remove inactive item after the item is revised, please run the "Curriculum/ Program Clean-up" process and also ensure that you check the option "Include free-floating Item assignments" (As shown in below screenshot).
This process will remove all the inactive item from curricula/Program/items.
Also this inacitve items will not reflect in Learning plan report as well.
