Application Error Message occurs on Employment Information page on all users

Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to instance after Provisioning configuration
2. Select any user's job/employment information page, and an application error condition detected
On deep investigation it is found that in provisioning The Advances were enabled and Deductions were not enabled.
Hence please navigate to provisioning and under Company Settings go to --> Enable Advances and respectively Enable Deductions Management.
Save these settings. And go to job information page of any user(s), and verify no error occurs while loading the employment information page.
