Need to raise a warning message when a manual adjustment made for "Make Adjustment" field.

Reproducing the Issue
For some of the time account HR Admin will create manual entitlement and for those leave types we just create time account without any entitlement.
When HR Admin goes to Manage Time off -> Time Account Posting -> Selects Time Account -> Click on 'Make Adjustment" feild and provides the value of Adjustment in Days.
Instead bymistake when HR admin puts up a negative balance and click on deduct button ,system does not raise any warning message.
Is it possible to configure a rule such that system shows up a warning message for 'Make Adjustment" feild ?
Currently system will not support to configure a rule for Time account posting portlet .
This is a standard behaviour ,currently not customizable.
