Customer is getting null exception error when adding new users, but the users are getting added internally on the system
Customer uploads an import file with data of new users however one user is only added per import

Since scenario is for user creation, Document Transfer for HR may not be used.
Please follow the below steps to ensure Document Transfer will not take effect:
Navigate to Admin Center -> Cross Talent Feature Settings
Disable 'Enable document transfer for HR Manager in Change engine (beta only)'
Check and import once again.
If this feature is not available, please ask Customer Success Representative to disable this option in Provisioning backend system.
