Symptom

Admin is not able to see related user option in the LMS side.

Cause

crossAppEnabled=false

Resolution

Set this below property to true to view Related User option for admin.

Navigation steps:

System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > AUTHENTICATION

# Set to true if related admins and users can switch between the admin and user interface without re-logging in
crossAppEnabled=true
