This KB article explains how to fill the Account Refresh and Migration Form.

Kindly see below table and understand how to fill-out the fields before submitting a request with support team. In addition, please download the latest Onboarding Account Refresh Form in KB2630586.

ACCOUNT COPY TYPE
Refresh A clone of SOURCE account would be made at DESTINATION. Destination account & all it's data would be deleted prior to activity.
Migration A clone of SOURCE account would be made at DESTINATION. Source account gets deleted post activity.
 
SOURCE DETAILS
Source Data Center The data center where Onboarding Source is located. (for example, DC4) Please see KBA 2635937 to help you identify what is the data center of your Onboarding Source.
Source Environment The environment where Onboarding Source is located. (for example, Production) Please see KBA 2635937 to help you identify what is the environment of your Onboarding Source.
Source Onboarding Account ID Unique identifier of customer's Source Onboarding account. 
Source Onboarding Data Center URL The data center URL where Onboarding Source is located. (for example, https://hcm4preview.sapsf.com) Please see KBA 2635937 to help you identify what is the data center URL of your Onboarding Source.
 
DESTINATION DETAILS
Destination Data Center The data center where Onboarding Destination is located. (for example, DC4) Please see KBA 2635937 to help you identify what is the data center of your Onboarding Destination.
Destination Environment The environment where Onboarding Destination is located. (for example, Production) Please see KBA 2635937 to help you identify what is the environment of your Onboarding Destination.
Destination Onboarding Account ID Unique identifier of customer's Destination Onboarding account. 
Destination Onboarding Data Center URL The data center URL where Onboarding Destination is located. (for example, https://hcm4preview.sapsf.com) Please see KBA 2635937 to help you identify what is the data center URL of your Onboarding Destination.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Destination BizX URL  The URL of the BizX Destination. (for example, https://hcm4preview.sapsf.com/)
Destination BizX Company ID The Company ID or Instance ID of BizX Destination. This is where Onboarding is originally integrated prior to the Account Refresh request. Please provide BizX Instance ID and if information is not provided BizX and Onboarding integration will be deactivated. (for example, SFDEMO00000)
API Authentication User A user in BizX with full Onboarding related permission and access. The user will help complete integration between BizX and Onboarding. Please provide BizX USER_ID and if information is not provided BizX and Onboarding integration will be deactivated. (for example, SFADMIN)
 
Enable Destination Employee Portal or Copy Employee Portal from Source
  • If Enable Employee Portal is selected, Internal Refresh Team will only turn on the standard SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Employee Portal
  • If Copy Employee Portal from Source is selected, Internal Refresh Team will copy the settings and configuration of Onboarding Employee Portal from Source to Destination
  • If No Action Required is selected Internal Refresh Team will inactivate the feature.
Enable Destination Document Center 
  • If Enable Document Center is selected Internal Refresh Team will turn on the feature.
  • If No Action Required is selected Internal Refresh Team will inactivate the feature.
 
NOTE
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Internal Team who handles Account Refresh has stopped copying data from Production to Preview and vice verse while performing refresh or copy requests.
  • In addition, Document Center's data will not be copied but can be requested with valid business justification.
 
DATE AND TIME OF REQUEST
Date The date is when Internal Refresh Team will process the request. Please use Month-Day-Year with leading zeros (for example, 02/17/2009)
Time The time is when Internal Refresh Team will process the request. Please use military time format and state the time zone. (for example, 22:00)
 
SUPER ADMIN ACCOUNT
Onboarding Super Admin Account Username

If you are engaged with an SAP Certified Partners, or Consultants, please direct the request through them and if not, please leave blank. Customers do not have access to Onboarding Super Admin; only SAP Certified Partners, or Consultants, and SAP Product Support are allowed to access the site.

 
ACCOUNT REFRESH CONFIRMATION
Destination account & all it's data would be deleted prior to activity.
  • If YES is selected, all data of destination account will be deleted prior to activity
  • If NO is selected, existing Destination's data will be retained
We would like to retain the existing Destination's Employee Portal
  • If YES is selected, existing Employee Portal in Destination will be retained
  • If NO is selected, it will follow the option selected in Enable Destination Employee Portal or Copy Employee Portal from Source
We would like to retain the existing Destination's Document Center
  • If YES is selected, existing Document Center in Destination will be retained
  • If NO is selected, it will follow the option selected in Enable Destination Document Center
