Team absence calendar is displayed in 2 pages.Home page and Time Off Page.But display behavior is different
On the homepage, link is part of the "MyTeam" tile, which is only shown, when the user is a manager. Here only direct reports are displayed.
Time Off UI
In the Time Off UI, we do not differentiate between being a manager or employee. Here peers and manager is displayed and not the direct reports.
This is currently part of an internal enhancment request, and is targeted for the b1711 release.
