On checking the Time Sheet of the Employee, the Period Status appears as Not Calculated.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Time Administration work center
- Go to Employees view
- Go to Time Recording sub-view
- Search for the Employee XYZ
- Select Open Time Sheet
- In the Time Entry tab, select the Calendar Week using the backward and forward button or select Go To in order to display Time Sheet for selected period
Period Status appears as Not Calculated because the Valuation is failing for the Employee XYZ since DD.MM.YYYY. For the Employee XYZ, in the Administer Day Closure Runs, we see the error Offsetting account ABC not valid on DD.MM1.YYYY1 in the Application Log.
This error is due to non-assignment of Time account PQR to the Time Profile starting DD2.MM2.YYYY2.
Add the Time Account PQR to the Employee XYZ’s Time Profile to complete the Period End processing of Time Account ABC.
