Reproducing the Issue
- Assign any online course to a test user
- Try to launch the course from user interface
- You get the error "We are sorry, the iContet entiltelment service is down, please refresh the page to try again ..."
If we are unable to reproduce the issue on our network, then this issue is because of the customer firewall blocking the icontent servers.
You can request Customers IT Team to whitelist below URL's.
