User faces an error when accessing Manage Compensation Statement: "CompPerStInvalidRuleException retrieving the list of statement templates"

1) Support Engineer can use Splunk and search for the error: "CompPerStInvalidRuleException". You will find a sentence that will inform the name of a Statement template that was already deleted, for example: "CompPerStInvalidRuleException: Statement template: Simple Personal Compensation Statement is not available in the system".
In this case the name is 'Simple Personal Compensation Statement'.
2) Access Action for all plans > Manage Statement Templates and you will find see there is no Statement template the name as 'Simple Personal Compensation Statement'.
PS: Statement template names are case sensitive.
The issue is that the Statement template was removed and it causes the issue.
In order to fix the issue, you can import the Standard Compensation Statement template with the correct name "Simple Personal Compensation Statement" (please note that capital letters), and after this you will get back the earlier associations in "Manage Statement templates".
