Add-on Option: Setting Up a Custom Source
All of the sources determined “custom” have been validated and tested as being able to automate job distribution through Recruiting Marketing platforms, but require special customization. SAP SuccessFactors will build and code intelligent “rules based” routing off of key job dimensions. For example, if the job title contains the word “Nurse” or “Nursing,” a rule is built to send the job to specific job boards related to nursing.
Note that, while it is a widely popular method of job distribution, not all media sources accept XML feed technology. A dedicated technical analyst or media analyst will work with the customer to identify this technology with any requested media sources and implement if the media source can comply.
Add-on Option: Research and Development of an Unknown Source
Do you have a job board that you have not seen on the list? SAP SuccessFactors is able to work with any interactive source online that can accept XML feeds via HTTP. The first step is completing the Source Intake Form in the Configuration Workbook and submitting it to the RMK Media team so they can evaluate the sources.
