Under the Resource Scheduler work center we have stadard queries like: My Team Demands, To Be Scheduled Demands, All Demands.
When they are expanded through Advanced Search the query parameters are not displayed. All fields like Service Team, Status, etc. have blank values.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Resource Scheduler work center.
- Select any of the standard queries.
- Select the Show Advanced Filter button.
The query My Team Demands is a default set to list all Demands which are to be shceduled/planned belonging to the logged in user's service team. This is the reason the Service Team and Status are not shown in advance search for My Team Demands.
Similarly default set To Be Scheduled Demands lists all demands which are to be planned belonging to the logged in user's service team. And from Advanced Filter we can perform search on other Service Teams also. But the status field is not exposed in advance search as this default set is to choose only demands which are to be scheduled.
For default set All Demands the search can be performed with all four parameters (Service Team, Status, Requested Start & Requested End date).
This is system behavior.
