To access the SAP SuccessFactors customer community, go to https://community.successfactors.com/
The SAP SuccessFactors Community is a closed community, available only to current customers and partners, as well as SAP SuccessFactors employees.
To access the SAP SuccessFactors Community, customers and partners will need to use your SAP-User Account (S-user ID) to sign into the SAP SuccessFactors Community. If you do not have an S-user ID, contact your company’s administrator to request an account without additional privileges.

I DON’T HAVE A SAP USER ACCOUNT (S-USER ID). HOW CAN I GET ONE?
Contact an administrator in your company and request a SAP User Account (S-user ID) without additional privileges. If you do not know who your administrator is, please contact SAP Support. Once you have the ‘S-user’, you will have a user ID in the form Sxxxxxxxx that is valid for most SAP websites.
HOW DO I FIND OUT IF I ALREADY HAVE A SAP USER ACCOUNT (S-USER ID)?
Here are several ways to determine whether you already have a SAP User Account (S-user ID):
- Go here to check your SAP User Account(s) and you can see your profile.
- You have logged on and been able to search or submit ideas in the Influencing the SuccessFactors Roadmap tool.
- You have logged on at the SAP Support Portal and been able to search the knowledge base.
WILL MY PROFILE (POSTS, RANK, KUDOS) BE AFFECTED WHEN THIS NEW SSO METHOD IS IMPLEMENTED?
If you already have a SAP ID (S-user) and your email address is the same as the email address in the community, then during the login process, you will be matched to your existing profile.
If your email address is not the same in the community as the one attached to your SAP ID (S-user), then during the login process you will be asked to assign a community display name and a new account will be created. However, there will be a manual process that can be initiated by completing a form to request that your old profile be updated with your new email address. Alternatively please email email@example.com to get your old profile updated.
I HAVE A P-ID (PXXXXXXXX), NOT AN S-ID (SXXXXXXXX). CAN I SIGN IN TO THE COMMUNITY WITH THIS?
No, you will need an S-user ID. Contact an administrator in your company and request a SAP User Account (S-user ID) without additional privileges. If you do not know who your administrator is, please contact SAP Support. Once you have the ‘S-user’, you will have a user ID in the form Sxxxxxxxx that is valid for most SAP websites.
Please note: if you are an SAP SuccessFactors partner and you have a P-ID (Pxxxxxxxx) that was registered via the new PartnerEdge process which launched earlier this year, your account is more than likely upgraded and will permit access into the Community.
