When navigating to Manage Workflow Requests search screen, the Stalled for Days field is initially displayed but then immediately disappears. Customers are unable to use this as a search filter.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Home > Admin Center
2. In the Tool Search, type 'Manage Workflow Requests' then select it.
3. The Search dialog box may come up automatically. If not, click Search.
4. Notice that between Request Status and Effective Date From fields, there is a filter called 'Stalled for Days' field that is there for a second then immediately disappears.
The Stalled for Days filter will be displayed and can be used only when the Request Status is in PENDING or SEND BACK.
To display the Stalled for Days filter, the Customers are advised to populate the Request Status field as this is only relevant for workflow requests in Pending and Send Back status.
