Reproducing the Issue
Log into the SuccessFactors instance
- Click "Home" and in the menu see "Time and Attendance"
This Home menu link is a direct integration from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to Kronos' Workforce Central application.
- The "Time and Attendance" link in Home menu has nothing to do with Employee Central Time Off or Employee Central Time Sheet products.
If SAP customers have partnered with Kronos or Workforce (they are other cloud based Time and Attendance vendors), they can configure and use this link to navigate to those vendor applications directly from withing SAP SuccessFactors.
The Home menu link can be enabled/disabled via Provisioning > Company Settings > the check box for the feature "Enable Employee Central V2 timesheets link (uncheck to disable the timesheets link)"

It is not governed by Role-based Permissions, therefore it cannot be restricted to a certain set of users. This would require an Enhancement Request. Clicking this link will open a new Browser Window and direct the user to the Kronos application.
