Symptom

This article provides information on why the button 'Try New Version' is not possible to hide. See screenshot below to see the button.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  1. With the current offering of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, the application does not have feature and functionality to hide 'Try New Version' in Onboarding Dashboard.

    Workaround
  2. The only way to remove the button is disabling the Work Queue Refresh, please refer to KBA 2253950 to enable and disable the Fiori Onboarding Dashboard.
