- How do I make the changes myself?
- Do I have to pay for changes?
- Please open an SAP Support ticket for all change request (small/minor/major)
- Please make sure to provide the following information:
- Customer ID
- Panel where you would like changes to be made
- Screenshot of Panel with marked up changes being requested
- Any additional information that would assist in the the delay of processing your request
- Depending on what is being request, if it is a smaller change Cloud Support maybe able to complete
- If you are able to make the changes yourself Cloud Support will provide guidance on how to make the change
- For major/complex changes, you will need to work with Professional Services team.
- Cloud Support will send your request to Sales who will provide you with an SOW and may contact you for clarification
