Instance has been working fine until last few days since we have been trying to enable Employee Central.
We enabled all relevant EC provisioning settings and imported corporate and country-specific corporate data models. But cannot import a basic succession data model as we get a white screen.
Usually the fix for this is import a country specific blank succession data model. This usually works but not in this case.
Therefore, at present only a blank cs succession data model is in site. Also I get this white screen for any provisioing changes.
Reproducing the Issue
Go to provisioning , try to import succession data model - see white screen.
For Customer Support:
Go to splunk and you might see error like below:
Vendor name didn't set up. Please set up vendor configration through Admin Tool!
No vendor is configured on this system! Please configure a vendor on Document Management Service setup page in Admin Center.
By mistake Document mangement services option would have been enabled. Please disable it.
After disabling the Document Management Services option in provisioning, import blank Country specific Succession Data model.

Then immediately import Succession Data Model either your configured one or from latest release.
Now import the required Country specific data model, make sure that the fields defined here is also defined in succession data model (if having same id under same element) are having same attributes (visiblity, required, pii etc). Only label can be different.
Otherwise, datamodels can get courrupted again.
