User is unable to access any of his courses on his learning plan. Each show "Locked Out."
Reproducing the Issue
Example on user side of the problem:
The "User has access to the online items" option is not enabled:
Go to the profile of the user with the problem, then in the "More" section click on "Online Status" and activate the checkbox "User has access to the online items" and then click on "Apply Changes":
DB Tip: This value is stored in the PA_STUDENT table on the HAS_ACCESS column (the default value is 'Y').
