When attempting to import a terminations file into employee central the import fails and the report shows the error "Another transaction has concurrently made the conflicting changes. Please try again." for at least one or more import records.
The root cause is due to a termination records already existing for the user ID being imported in the termination import file.
To correct the problem, remove the records which already have an existing termination record in the system and re-import the termination file.
You may use Ad Hoc Reports, Person and Employment Export to export the termination history to validate the record you are attempting to import already exists in the system.
