Admin has set up the VLS (WebEx Training Center). The integration is working fine with API communication to WebEx; however I have encountered an issue with setup at the Scheduled Offering level, when attempting to set the automatic completion criteria. The "Automatically record learning events after scheduled offering has completed" flag is stuck on "NO" and there is no drop-down option to change it.
I have confirmed that that attendance processing APM is scheduled. I have also confirmed that my Admin user account has all possible workflows. Please advise why the attendance properties cannot be set at the Scheduled Offering level.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go into the Schedule offering record -> In the SO record check the VLS settings option.
2. The option to edit the field->Automatically Record Learn when Schedule Offering is complete is not present, i.e; we cannot change the value of this field.
If the classification of the Item is Blended, then the option to Automatically Record Learn when SO is complete is disabled in the Schedule offering record for that Item.
The automatic recording functionality via the APM cannot be used with Blended items.
The feature where the APM can be used to Automatically record learn when the SO is complete is present only for Instructor Led Items.
The classification when creting the item for which we are going to Schedule the WebEx session should be ILT.
