- Unable to update the I9 Citizenship status during the NES after the activity was restarted.
- The I9 Form was already completed during the new employee step. Once you restarted this activity again the system will not allow you to make an update to the I9 form for Citizenship status.
- Please open a Cloud Product Support Ticket for our team member to delete the I9 Form.
- Once deleted you can then update the Citizenship status on the I9.
