You have a requirement to modify the Status of the Service Request IDs from Closed to Completed using Mass Data Maintenance or Migration, but you receive the below error:

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center
- Select Export Service Requests link
- Export the General tab to CSV file and modify the Status from Closed to Completed
- Select Import Service Requests link and Upload the file to the General tab.
- Execute Data Import Immediately
- Error occurs
- Go to Business Configuration work center
- Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
- Search and Open the migration activity for Service Requests
- Execute Migration for the respective Migration File
Note: Migration Mode for the respective file is Modify already existing records
This is the expected system behavior. You will not be able to change the Status of the Service Request ID from Closed to Completed using Mass Data Maintenance or Migration method.
