The Time Facet is Available in Responsive UI but not in HTML 5
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon on HTMl 5 UI
- Go to the Service Work center.
- Select Employee Support view
- Choose and edit any ticket.
You will see that time facet is not available.
Time facet is a specialization of Item facet which only shows items of type Time. Just like PARTS, SERVICE and EXPENSES facets which are all specialization of ITEM. It is only available in the Mobile TICKET UI which comes up in RUI client. In HTML5 Ticket UI, it can all be seen in the ITEMS list and there is no specialized list for each.
The system works as expected. This is the designed behavior of the system
