- The New Hire File is not exporting after completion of onboarding process.
Reproducing the Issue
- New hires completed onboarding and the new hire file has not exported.
- If your new hire file has not exported please open a Cloud Product Support ticket to resolve.
- Please provide the date you did not receive the file and example of a candidate you expected to see on the file.
