A Learning User cannot view a quiz/exam after submitted and item is completed
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Assign an Item to a User that has an assessment > Quiz or Exam
- The Assessment has "Enable Quiz Review" or "Allow Exam Review" enabled
- The item has "Allow Assessment Review" checked
- Launch and complete quiz/exam
- Open the learning history and no hyperlink is active
Cause
Expected behavior
Resolution
- If you enable assessment review, then users can go back and review the quiz/exam just immediately after they submit thir results.
- They cannot, however, open a quiz/exam after they have ended the assessment session.
- If you'd like to see a change to this functionality in the future, please consider creating an Enhancement Request.
